Look, my brother-in-law handles deadbeat dad cases for a county in California after retiring from the Air Force as a B-52 pilot. He manages 600 cases. That means he can devote less than four hours to each case every year. This job is very frustrating to him because there is no quality demand, only that he deal with the 600 cases without rocking a boat. For a man formerly charged with a strategic aircraft, this is nearly intolerable.

Do you think the bureaucracy required to manage the caseload you are talking about with your "benign" administration of law-abiding people exercising their constitutional rights is going to come cheap? Bye Bye surplus.

Really, what is in it for you? I just don't get it.
