Jeff, what do you think did happen in Cal?
I'm trying to figure out why at the end of May gas was suddenly 1.92 a gal in Michigan and now six weeks later, it is 1.29. I'm not complaining even though I think 1.92 is better from a conservation and environmental point of view. My cynical mind says that the word went out to the gougers that the public was getting very restless and that this was detracting from the conservative agenda.
