Your proffer makes the assumption of guilt and does not give the benefit of the doubt.

In that every position has those with money who wish to advocate, I don't equate money with any form of unethical influence. I consider any restriction on any form of contributions as a denial of free speech. I have no problem in groups coming up with voluntary rules of disclosure and using public pressure to urge politicians to sign on. I believe all would.

Election reform is like IRS code. Just keep adding it and all you get is loop holes and no disclosure.
