Jim, Charles, If you take off the blinders and read the article penned by Mr. Davis, it explains the farcical basis on which are based Dawson claims, or FutureSuperStock claims, that "prudential" is buying DWSC. The statistic cited represents shares held by Pru on behalf of their clients. As to the other points, they are the same ones raised on this thread when it started, this is clearly a pump operation to unload many more shares on the market. They bought a company supposedly for much more money than the stock has ever been capitalized. And they claim profit potential, before it ever turned a dime, etc. etc. China is the new Florida swampland scam. Greg
