OS: I think that you are right about the upcoming report having some bad news related to the failed merger. Hopefully, the money lost will be recoverable from the other firm, assuming they misrepresented their financials as seems to be the case. I think we are in the same position here. My cost is around .70/share on HTSF, but I feel a little patience will make that look cheap. I also will probably double down on this stock if it breaks lower, but this news may already be reflected in the price. Just my opinion. Lee
