How odd, I was considering another angle Opus. Actually I logged on just to air this. I believe what Opus-X stated is true (about the DoD requirements, not the psychological evaluation of another poster<g>). If those requirements are correctly presented, and I have no reason to doubt that they are not correct (anyone?), what then does this mean about GX relative to the other, U.S. based carriers? Wouldn't it be necessary for there to exist a competitive screening through which the U.S. based carriers could not score adequately, thus the DoD had no alternative but to use GX ?? Comments?
