Re: Insiders have until the 10th of the following month to report actual sales. IBM is not an "insider" of TMTA since they do not own more than 5% of TMTA's stock or have a representative on the Board of Directors. Thus, these rules do not apply. The Forms 144 filed by IBM confirm their sale of the shares. "The Form 144 shall be signed by the person for whose account the securities are to be sold and shall be transmitted for filing concurrently with either the placing with a broker of an order to execute a sale of securities in reliance upon this rule or the execution directly with a market maker of such a sale." SEC Rule 144(h).
