Dallas Opera ... I've noticed the line for the ladies seems to be much longer than the one *(practically non existent) for the men..... guess having to remove those girdles takes some time, eh? LOL The only one I missed last year was Wozzeck ... we had the funeral for Mare's mother that weekend but the sweet ladies who've had tickets next to us for several years told us that we missed nothing .... dunno .. I like things out of the ordinary sometimes but they surely did NOT .... gggggg btw .. I told them I wanted to change seats to aisle front this year, and I've not heard back ... my credit card was charged back several months ago so I guess I need to call to see where I get to be placed.... It is only a little over two hour drive from Paris to get there .... we usually eat up on the mez so wer're not rushed for time leaving here, and then stay at a motel overnight .... hey ... I make great use of Priceline.com ... Last year the "worst" place at which we stayed for the opera trip was the Doubletree in Lincoln Center ...and it certainly was NOT shabby ... as luck would have it Priceline placed us in the Sheraton at Coit and LBJ four times .... and I like it there ..... good location for us and very nice rooms... got to go ... outside manual labor for me today ..... simply HAVE to get the trellis/overhead board dealie finished so I can reroute the sprinkler system on the rear deck ... and replace the plants in their correct spots ... I care not for this watering by hand .....
