Briefing reported "CSFB on Semi Equip", so I'd assume that's what they were talking about. Speaking of Niles though, wasn't he the one who said he would be buying semi-equips with both hands in August? I can't state that as a fact, but I'm pretty sure he was quoted in an article saying just that. I'll have to research it, but I'm wondering if he still feels the same way.
