Jack, Wal-Mart's strategy has always been to work in the small towns and more recently on the fringes of urban areas, and any change to that policy would be monumental. It has bugged me to see Target move into my urban Dallas neighborhood, fill a niche in the market and become an important part of the community, while I know Wal-Mart would never even come close to this part of town.
