There was enough information released by the Intelligence Agencies on the pharmaceutical plant and its dual use function. IF there was any shred of the tiniest belief that the Administration rigged those intelligence reports, Congress would have been over the Administration like ants on honey. That would have been serious impeachable stuff. Congress let that go, because they knew damn well what the intelligence reports said, i.e., it was a dual use facility. Period.
