The complacency index for the S&P was 28.5 yesterday after the close, down from 33.1 the day before. While it was still in a downtrend, values under 30 indicate that the market is oversold.

For the Naz, the CI was 43.9 yesterday, down from 47.7. That's not quite in oversold territory yet, but the CI has turned in this area. It continues to be somewhat undecided here, with no firm signal. It could still move in either direction, I think.
