They're short-term signals, Paul -- generally good for moves ranging from a week to two weeks. The complacency indexes could still reverse back down after a rally and take us back to the March/April lows. But we haven't even seen seen the rally yet, so it's a bit early for me to be looking for yet another reversal. Upson Downs, ya know, a la Auntie Mame.
