PC ratio is very low, .54. The PC ratio is going to have to stay above 1.0 for more than 30 minutes to get a tradeable rally, IMHO. Or second-half visibility is going to have to suddenly materialize. It's going to take some time to work off that 2-1 bullish bias in the Investors Intelligence survey too.
