Jim, This is a non-reporting OTC-BB company. I am definitely sure that Prudential is not recommending this stock to anyone. Personally, I suspect that it is the Chairman's own account, but I don't know this. I have a few friends who are analysts at Pru, but I'm reluctant to call them and ask this question, because I suspect that they might think that I had gone off the deep end.... And also because I don't plan to waste the time and the couple of dollars that the call would cost me. By the way, my "reports" are based on "facts". I am a long-term investor, with an MBA from Harvard Business and fifteen years of experience as a Chief Financil Officer, ten of which were as CFO of publicly held companies.
