I don’t want to start this again, but what you said in your original post was not criticism but poison.
I repeat, the Talmud (together with Mishna) is a compilation of Jewish Oral Law and corresponding commentaries. The laws go back to Moses and predate the advent of Christianity. The commentaries consist of illustrations and discussions between rabbis on each law and how it relates to everyday life. They do not concern themselves with Christianity per se. They had been accumulated over long time, and probably do include a few references to Christians in context of commentaries on laws dealing with relationship between Jews and non-Jews.
As far as your list of offending references in Talmud, would you be so kind as to quote the specific passages. Please, refer to a reputable English translation (such as Steinsaltz Edition). Also, include the context. And please, no references to anti-semitic publications.
Just one comment: I have grave doubts about authenticity of your passages since they go directly against some well-known Jewish laws.
