Maybe you need to go have your counsel teach you what is and isn't slander. When I say I think it's a scam to sell a piece of wire for $6950, when there's never, that i'm aware of, been any truly scientific study done by any esoteric wire maker showing that their product sounds better and not just different. That is an opinion. I have the right to that opinion and to express that opinion here in the good ol USA. Feel free to sue me, i'll bury you, and will end up wiring my toaster with some of your overpriced lamp cord.
On the other hand, there have been several studies where people could not distinguish more expensive cable from far cheaper cable, or maybe they could tell cable was different, but not better. It's all a bunch of pseudo science crap that relies on the emperor has no clothes phenomenon where one ego maniac doesn't want to admit to his ego maniac friend that he can't hear the difference, and his friend doesn't want to admit he spent 4 figures for a stupid piece of wire that made no difference. Note i'm not knocking the digital cable since jitter is real, though how much comes from the cable instead of other sources I have my doubts about.
PS, maybe you should design an overpriced video cable, as that definitely can have a huge affect on quality, and more and more folks are paying big bucks for front projectors for their home theater, and these often require long cable runs. |
