You can get the real names of who posted on RB by filing suit against the company and then go after RB, a lawyer will charge around $5,000 to do the RB part. RB will give the names etc. when forced. It happens all the time. But someone willl first have to file suit against PNLK and their senior management. One ting to remember is that PNLK has D and O insurence (directors and officers) the senior guys will be shielded except in certain circumstances. This infor is in their annual filing. Usually a company like this will have $2-3 million coverage.

I bet Glenn is more nervous than a whore in church right now just praying this thing blows over. Now it all fits how he was once Chairman, then "non-executive Chairman" and all the BS.

If one of you goes after them, don't start with the big boys, start with the people that worked in the office, they probably have got quite a tale to tell.
