Typical moron post from you Commissar. Throwaway of the surplus? This is a new level of ignorance, even for you. Its my money and I wanted it back. There are many, a majority, who agree with me. We're tired of hearing from assholes like you who seem to think that it is best for government to decide how our money spent. The Bush Administration has not favored "interest groups" any more than the Clinton Administration. Each new adminsitration will have those who it is supported by and those who do not support it. Its a fact of life and politics, not an evil conspiracy. The guy has only been in office for less than seven months. I don't see the world coming to an end anytime soon. Get over it. Gore lost.
