you would agree that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed Again you want to embrace half the amendment and ignore the rest. It doesn't matter how popular that stance may be with the NRA, it's just not the way the Constitution is written. do you like the idea of your image being recorded Actually that reminds me of my youth. I grew up in an isolated town of 2500 people. Everywhere you went and everyone you met knew who you were, how many times you had thrown up on the school bus, favorite foods, and just about everything else. More to the point though is why these types of laws are being considered or enacted. This is a clear response to an increasingly armed, violent, and anonomous population. Do I like the idea of constant surveilance? No, but I do see it and worse as the likely outcome of exasperating the underlying problems. TP
