You can reach the MUCP discussion thread through "Investor's Network". I believe that using this as the Keyword should get you there. Then it is a matter of tracking down the alphabetical listing. There are several folders there, many of which have become full, but should still be accessible.

And from what I saw in May, Forte' Communications were monitoring and posting to the folder. So if they aren't answering your emails, you might post something there.
