Clever!!? On the other hand, I've just spent too much time trying to up you in the cleverness field.
There is a principle in sociological theory, derived from Georg Simmel's work, so far as I know, that any three party gathering is always unstable. Two will inevitable pair against the third. There is a wonderful name for it, that with all the usual sociological flair, turns a fairly mundane observation into a multi-syllabic bit of nonsense. I've been digging through the remnants of my library and can't find it just yet. And I've decided it's definitely not worth the effort. As always, any book that's needed is stored in the attic.
At any rate, if I could have found the term, I was going to make the observation that Frank had stumbled on a variation in which in any foursome, not only do three gang up on the fourth, but that the networking effect of the internet magnifies such.
But then, since I was not able to find the Simmel term, I never made the observation.
We are under a heavy thunderstorm alert in northern Jersey at the moment. Perhaps it's the whatever that gets in the air during such moments that is guiding my typing.
