WUWT, let be a little more precise. Lows are rarely ,if ever made in July. But August, that is a whole other kettle of fish {er mullets}. I think we will have what Rande calls burst days this month, sharp 1 or 2 day rallies fueled by short covering. The market should bottom between August 6-8. move irregularly higher until mid September and re-test in October. Hopefully by then the economy will show signs of life and a solid bottom can be put in place.
