I live in California. You should hear them crying about the power crisis. When they built the citys of Long Beach and Huntington Beach, they paved over some pretty good oil fields. When the power problems get bad enough, they'll be building reclaimation rigs in people's backyards. Out here homeowners are buildings electric power plants that could run an aircraft carrier. It never occurred to the econuts that shutting down the big plants would just cause people to build their own. When this energy crisis starts getting personal, its all over for the econuts. Do you really think Americans will do without their air conditioning and Monday night football for the sake of sea otters and polar bears??
