The logic lies in Bush protecting his children from his drinking escapades but in the end they would have been better off being told the honest truth from their father.Perhaps this knowledge would have prevented his daughter from embarrassing him with underage drinking citation.If my father held the highest office in the land I would make sure I didn't veer from the true and narrow.
