I have no additional knowledge about other interested parties. If it is going to happen, it will probably be in the next thirty days. We have seen Sun Trust make a hostile offer for Wachovia and there is the recent hostile bid for AT&T's cable operations.

I have not seen a public announcement by Solvay. It already has a substantial investment in DRMD and shares in the CENESTIN revenue. Solvay would be the logical choice to make an offer. A few years ago, I enjoyed owning Warner Lambert when it entered a pact to merge with American Home Products. Pfizer was jointly marketing a product with Warner Lambert and charged in with a substantially higher, but hostile, offer.

Barr has been a very aggressive generic firm. There is the remote possibility that one of the large pharmaceuticals will put DRMD into play to raise BARR's costs to acquire DRMD.

I'm going to wait it out a few weeks and hope Barr's price will stabilize and/or a white knight appears. Let me know what you decide to do. Thanks.
