Why should there be a recovery when we have an Isolationist Administration that has no concept of Markets and Finance and means to stimulate the Global economy other than Sabre rattling and drilling for Oil. These boys have accelerated the decline and better hope big time that the paltry rebate will be enough to get a jump start. Meanwhile the budget surplus is history and gone for at least four years!
