I disagree with your analysis about the costs of marketing.

Further,Barr will not be the only company selling a generic Prozac. While it has been very successful, I question if Prozac is still the top choice. There are a number of other similar medications, e.g. Paxil, that now appear to be preferred.

I am an investor and I continue to hold DRMD, but I try not to "hype" a deal when the facts do not support the promises of management. Only the FDA approves a NDA or ANDA, not management.

I hope your projections are accurate.
