Started a brisket earlier in the electric smoker - the weather got stormy so I shut it down and put the meat back in the fridge until tomorrow. I sawed up the trunk of one of my little cherry trees that didn't make it last year - the trunk was maybe 1 1/2 inches across. Been letting it age on the woodpile. Used that in the smoker. It smelled really good.:)
