Jacob, Your explanation makes perfect sense. For some reason I was thinking share prices instead of the traditional valuation measures. Too bad we will have to wait for the next generation to get those bubble valuations again. It would fun to sell into a repeat of such valuations, but that of course is why it will take so long. John
