Just got around to looking at the agenda (argh!). A proposed 1:10 reverse split. That will increase the bid to $2-3/16, but what will happen after that? Usually, a decline ensues. I am planning to attend the meeting and reluctantly vote for the split necessary to retain NASDAQ listing. At present, 4.8mm shares outstanding. That would translate into a mere 480k after the split. Reverse splits have been brutal to my portfolio in the past. I would expect the post-split price to decline significantly. What are your opinions?
