Today's move in the NASDAQ below 1973 indicates that the B wave down is
still in force (see chart page 5 July 6 report). Recall that a fibonacci
.618 relationship of wave B to wave A gives us a target price of 1890.
Wave B must hold above the wave (3) low of 1619. We move to a bearish
position in the NASDAQ with today's move below 1973.
