LG, You know I like this board. My earliest background was in business, customer service industry. I learned several axioms which I use to this day. Give credit where credit is due. Encouragement works better than discouragement. If someone takes a step in the right direction; compliment, encourage....you never know how far it can go. Putting down positive action will NEVER achieve a positive result, only reinforce resentment. Pretty simple stuff. IMHO Regards, Eichler
