The tax cut is great. Surplus will still be about $200 billion this year, down from 275 billion. Education bill is an excellent starting point. Change will be incremental. China incident was a major victory for the Bush Administration. We got our people out with no apology. Told the Chinese wehre to put their bill. Excellent! Only sore loser types fail to see these facts. JLA
