Vion Pharmaceuticals Names Koehler Fincl Chief Dow Jones Newswires NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Vion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (VION) named Steven H. Koehler chief financial officer effective July 9. In a press release Wednesday, the biotechnology company said Koehler had been chief financial officer of BASF AG's (BF) BASF Pharmaceuticals unit and vice president, finance and administration for the unit's Knoll Pharmaceutical Ltd.
