Will you found the place Burt. Glad to have you here. Did you get my copy of the E-Mail to W regarding a post off this subject?? I hope I can trade my day-of to go. How about coping them and paste or quote and paste them here!!! Just an idea Burt. Doesn't the company have to give shareholders at less 30 days notification of the meeting??? May not hold for a foreign company as I learned they (foreign companys) do not have to notify USA shareholders of annual meetings. Do you know how many warrants are to be given with the stock as a sweeter???
