Paying MSN is not a requirement to use MSN IM. Even if I paid for and used MSN Internet access, I could just as well use Yahoo IM or AIM instead. Our local phone provider, charges extra if I have the voice mail feature. Because of that, I have the expectation that the service will work. Are you saying you get Voice mail for free? Are you still with the same provider?
