No, Oklahoma isn't a foreign country, but it's stuck in a time warp. It's still the 50s! Actually, Tulsa is quite diverse, but once you leave there you go through the time warp.

How is it state supported prayer when a person who is not an agent of the state is leading the prayer?

Also, football games are attended voluntarily. People know what to expect when they get there. Who knows, maybe the Muslim or Buddhist newcomer might think the prayer is kinda cool. They may feel like they are taking part in a bit of Americana. It's a little absurd to think they'll feel pressured to convert.
