AL, I think the bad-mouthing is a result of years of denigration of QUALCOMM by many commentators and industry people. Do you recall the 'CDMA Mafia', accusations of 'fraud', 'greedy', 'stopping the world'? Lies about who invented mobile CDMA [Ericy in the 1890s]. Anyway, it has been a very long litany of, well, the word is crap, thrown at Q! Are we supposed to turn the other 5 cheeks? Mqurice
