S Martin, I have no problem with your remarks unless they are purely motivated to make unsuspecting investors such as TONY HARPER to sell, thereby allowing you to smile all the way to the bank with your SHORT position on KNIC.
The facts as stated by Juan are correct. SGA GOLDSTAR has recommended, stocks such, IBM, DELL, FORD, COMPUTER ASSOCIATES- ALL LARGE CAP STOCKS, AS WELL AS MANY SMALL CAPS, such as KNIC, POYO, ZITL. They also recommend Shorting stocks such as, ENML, INMD, AMGN etc.
Do you think companies are going to pay SGA GOLDSTAR to recommend a short on their own stock? I think not!! Do you think behemoths such as, IBM, Ford, need to pay an outfit like SGA to promote their own stock? I think not!
Federal securities laws such as the "DISCLOSURE" law on all stock recomendations is exactly as Juan stated. The only statement SGA makes on all recomendations is that their employees "may" own stock and serve as consultant of recommending companies. If they got paid $1,000 then by law, they are supposed to the disclose it in their report. I spoke to Knic management and they stated they have not made any payment, I also called SGA, and they stated that they "NEVER" accept payments from companies they recommend because they would like the flexibility of recommending to BUY LONG or SELL SHORT on any of their picks at any given time, thereby maximum benefit to SGA members.
SMartin, your efforts to undermine this stock are deplorable! Unfortunately, for the lazy screwballs on this thread, they will listen to you because they are too lazy to (ie, speak to the SEC, speak to SGA, Speak to knic, etc). That's too bad.
SMartin, its time you quit your crap and cover your short. At this, pace, you will be the last remaining SHORT on KNIC. Take a look at June 24th or 25th Wall Street Journal and you will see that their will be an even smaller Short interest position than the last month. I think the the smart money is saying COVER SHORTS and buy LONG on KNIC. Because the SUMMER months will be sizzling for this stock!!!
