Good points on the overcharges. Just saw a Duke Energy ad that they had to take out to refute Gov Davis' lies. The arbitrator in the case said that all of the prices they charged were per the California regulators instructions. Davis is looking more and more idiotic as time goes on. What a whiner. Obviously demo blood in his veins. A quote for Davis: "Whaaah" (supposed to sound like a little kid crying). Scott
