Dave ... two of my ol buds seeking help on the same day .... ggggg didn't appear that I helped JT any but with your deal ... highlight and delete is all you need to do ... a good thing to do, in the event that you don't know what it is or what it does but your machine NEEDS it ..... rename the thing ... move it ... see what,if anything bad, happens at re-boot you can move it back and re name it correctly ... the reason that I re-name is to keep it from being found via another route or whatever .... most likely, from my quick glance at your list, ScanRegistry and win32sl are the only ones you'll need ... of course, as you know from past years .... I have been occasionally wrong ..... gggggg
