Is Julie Fouquet responsible?
No, not in my opinion. Sure Agilent Technologies is very disappointing and one does wonder when it will bottom out, but what does that have to do with this famed technology innovator and her apparent 'moonlighting' escapade?
We may never know. In truth, however, one must wonder if the company were better off if Julie were inventing instead of preparing for her pending deposition as a percipient witness for Varian Medical Systems. As a potential stockholder of Agilent Technologies, I would like to be reassured by someone, anyone that my technical stars were being paid sufficiently well that they would have no need or interest to get involved in the legal machinations of other publicly traded companies whatever they may be.
Just an honest opinion.
God bless Ms. Fouquet, and may Agilent stockholders someday prosper!
