Can do it at full feasibility, when NEM would have to pay four times BGI's expenditures for the stake. Might be a constraint if BGI finds an elephant with only $10 million out of pocket I suppose. But forty million would be ten times today's market cap. I'll worry about it later. So far they've spent 2 1/2.
