BB - we appreciate your comments here on this or any other thread anytime. Your commenst tend to be objeective whever they be but they obviously indicate an indepth knowledge of the "biz". WE think we have a good one here but as you know many people often get too close to a play and dont buy and sell in a prudent way.

I have flipped a few here but for the most part I am in at 70.
