I'm not as concerned with short term market calls as with the logic behind them and the long term outlook. We can all make our own short term market calls and we are on our own as far as making money. I follow a handful of traders on SI as just another set of indicators, some of them contrarian some not. SI is kind of like a trading pit once you become familiar with the participants and their behavior over time.

I've found the perma bulls to be dogmatic and foolish, not much else... the perma bears may be a bit crass and rub some people the wrong way but I only read the premises and conclusions, not the way they are delivered, though some bulls could use a sense of humor once in a while.

Also, keep in mind that it's a lot easier to learn what a "good" chart is supposed to look like than how to start and run a successful business, and think about that in the context of what gets the most attention in media discussion and pundit prognostications about these pieces of paper we're buying and selling.
