We can argue dates and words like proposed vs enacted, but what concerns me is the fact that these words exist in relation to "enforcement" by the UN.

Well, we might as well, because it's fundamental to the debate. When someone such as Henrietta Bowman, knowingly selects information, excluding more current information and misses the distinction of proposals vs. those that were enacted to generate an image of speculation that she claims to have validity. That gets to the heart of the matter.

Looking ahead at some of your concerns, you do the same. So I could "chase" every one of those speculations down; taking more effort and time than you do; and what happens next? You have me chase the next distorted speculation.

I've seen that game played too many times. I'd rather be on your end of that game and let you get exhausted rather than me. But it isn't a game I wish to play from either side.

It's just a variation of the "show me another source, because I don't particularly like AP wires". So I find another source [inadvertently validating that AP wires are not sufficient]; then what? I get asked for another source? I don't play that game either, sir.

Notice a tactic that is inherent to either of the games. As you did in your post....We can argue dates and words like proposed vs enacted, but what concerns me is the fact.... Never acknowledging that I might have been correct that the article was selective research; suggesting that you "could" debate it...but let's move to another subject instead.

I don't play that game.

The other game, as played by jlallen, is what I call, the "Your mother wears Army Boots", a game learned in elementary school boys and some 30 years later the player is 3 Ft taller and still playing the game. Insults without relevence, exchange back and forth, until one of the players, throws up his hands in exhaustion and the remaining player declares victory. jlallen has been playing "Your mother wears Army Boots" all his life, you can put it on his grave marker, because he is going to play it the rest of his life. Nothing more and nothing less.

P.S. I don't care whether it's a left, right, or center article. When I see phrases quoting proposals of a passed event with no mention of what is adopted; the author might as well have said, This article [research] is rigged, you idiot.
