I just got the word from the President of Food Concepts, Inc. about the question of whether the merger would be paid for with stock or debt. Herb Glaubman flat out said that that issue has not yet been discussed at this point in the negotiations. I think there is no question that this is an example of why Food Concepts will succeed. It is a real undiscovered gem that will eventually see a nice move in stock price because of real growth rather than hype. This company only has 300 stockholders and could seem to care less about hype to drive the stock price up. They are trying to build a business. They are already profitable and are aggressively attempting to become more profitable. When they demonstrate massive revenue increases, the stock price will explode.
