ELLSWORTH, Iowa, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Uncle B's Bakery, Inc.'s Chairman
and CEO William T. Rose, Jr. announced today that the Company has entered a
three year agreement with New York Bagel to supply frozen bagel dough.
Initial distribution to twelve company owned New York Bagel restaurants is
expected to commence in June 1997. Annual sales based on the initial
distribution could reach approximately $2 million.
Rose commented, "We are excited about our relationship with New York Bagel
and look forward to implementing our bagel dough program. This is a wonderful

Bagel to make this program a success."
