I dont think that reverse splits at this time will be as bad as you think. The reason being that because of new Nasdaq listing rules there will be hundreds (perhaps thousand?) companies doing these reverse splits all in the next 2 months or so. Since everyone is doing them for the express reason of staying listed and since there are so many I dont believe the splits will receive very much negative attention. On the other hand, they may actually be beneficial, since we are in such a roaring bull market and many investors as well as small cap funds are looking for 'undiscovered companies'. At 25 cents this stock as well as many others are considered 'penny stocks' and that carries a negative undertone with it as well as preventing many potential investors from investigating the company. With a new price between 2-3 dollars and a very thin float of just 500,000 shares it will be much easier for the stock to be promoted and moved up quickly on any good news. The 'penny stock' stigma is gone and the potential for the stock to rise greatly increases.....just my humble opinion......;^)
